In June 2023, the CRG welcomed Kristian, whose extensive background in Human Resources made him a valuable addition. After graduating from Curtin University, Kristian pursued a career as an HR consultant, where he primarily focused on the engineering sector. It was during this period that he discovered his passion for recruitment, specifically within the engineering field.
With a sharp eye for talent and solid understanding of the engineering industry, Kristian made the decision to specialise in engineering recruitment. His unwavering dedication and enthusiasm for this area have quickly established him as an indispensable asset to the Crisdale Recruitment team.
FUN FACT: Kristian’s favourite way to stay active is through boxing. And while he excels in many areas, cooking is not one of them!
