For more than 20 years, Rob ran his own business and earned a reputation as an outstanding operator in his industry, before joining wife Angelina to build a successful recruitment brand.
His prior experience helps him identify with the challenges his clients face – the highs and lows of running a business and the impacts of a changing economy.
He brings to the role a wealth of knowledge of core business fundamentals, including managing finances, recruitment, and the importance of customer service.
Rob continues to implement effective structure, processes and procedures for Crisdale Recruitment Group and delivers an exceptionally high level of service.
FUN FACT: Rob loves car racing – so much so that he even has his own simulator car and competes nationally. He’s also a really, really good cricketer and represents WA in the Indoor Cricket Nationals.
