We’ve been helping amazing companies manage their hiring since 2015. But recruiting isn’t new to us. Our people have decades of experience building dream teams for clients and inspiring exceptional job seekers to realise dreams of their own.
Some of you might remember us as C&C Corporate Careers which was launched from a humble home office. Even then we recognised the value of taking a tailored approach to recruitment: one that centred on understanding our clients’ needs, immersing ourselves in their business, their values and their workplace culture.
Why? Because to know our clients means knowing how to engage the best-fit staff for their business.
Our agency has thrived on client referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations so we decided to expand in 2017. We launched Blue Stampede Labour Hire and rebranded C&C Corporate Careers to Crisdale Recruitment Group.
We continue to grow but we haven’t lost sight of the core values we started with:
